Online Queensland NDIS Events Calendar
The Queensland Government has introduced an online Queensland National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) events calendar to connect Queenslanders with disability, their families and carers, businesses and service providers with NDIS related events across the state.
The new tool allows people to search for events by region or audience (people with disability, service providers, or carers). It also allows organisations to register their upcoming events and promote any public NDIS-related Queensland event to a wider audience in their relevant region.
Events will include Queensland Government events, National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) events, participant readiness activities as part of the Participant Readiness initiative, events hosted by services, community organisations and other groups.
The new calendar will also assist organisations to plan events and minimise local overlap and duplication, which is particularly important for events in regional Queensland.
